With its abundant green open spaces, Kingsbury
is the nearest Brent has to offer to smart suburbia. Fryent
Country Park, Kingsbury Green and Jubilee Park all surround
tree-lined roads of handsome detached and semi-detached houses,
many set in large gardens. Properties backing onto the parkland
command the highest prices. Aside from the grander roads, 1930's
semis and neo-Georgian town houses predominate, with a similar
recipe of inter-war semis to be found in Kenton.
