Situated within easy walking distance of Bromley's busy shopping centre and train stations, Shortlands lies only 11 miles from the centre of London. With its own train station serving both London Bridge and London Victoria, this area has always been popular with commuters.

Properties are predominantly Victorian and a large number of these grand buildings have been converted into flats and apartments, many of which are highly sought after. Some large Victorian homes still remain unconverted and sit amongst the newer apartment blocks and conversions.
