Trendy bars, shops and sought after Victorian
homes ensure that Blackheath Village remains ever popular with
middle class and young professionals. Residing in both the boroughs
of Lewisham and Greenwich, Blackheath has little to offer in
terms of bargains. Expensive Victorian terraces are to be found
in the roads surrounding the town centre whilst larger family
homes and conversions can be found off the Heath.
Lee boasts similar large Victorian properties around its most
desirable areas. Southbrook and Handen Roads offer sought after
Victorian family homes. Generally Lee is cheaper than its neighbour,
yet prices increase the nearer you get to Blackheath's boarders.
